Please be aware that there will be a significant wait for an update, as we DO NOT start responding to requests until the baby season is over. We usually begin returning emails in October when staff hours are not dedicated solely to animal care. It also allows us to ensure we can provide the most accurate outcome for patients that are in long-term care such as babies and gives staff more time to devote to patient care.
If you have submitted a request already, please do not submit another. Multiple requests clogs our update system as we have to verify whether you received a previous update, making it take even longer to get back to everyone.
Once updates resume, we will keep this site updated with the month we are updating for, with instructions for finding out if your update was missed. Please also keep an eye on your spam folder.
