Please be aware that there will be a significant wait for an update. We have begun to get back to update requests and are currently responding to requests from APRIL. We understand the delay may be frustrating, but waiting until the fall allows staff to dedicate their care to patients, particularly the delicate babies requiring round the clock care. We will also now have the most up-to-date information on long-term patients such as babies. Thank you for your patience with us and your care for these critters!
If you have submitted a request already, please do not submit another. Multiple requests clogs our update system as we have to verify whether you received a previous update, making it take even longer to get back to everyone.
If you submitted a request prior to April, please check your spam folder, and submit a second request with a note with the time that you submitted your prior request so that we know you did not receive an update and we can work on an alternative method of update.
