Please be aware that there will be a significant wait for an update as we save summer drop off updates for the end of the season. This allows us to ensure we can provide the most accurate outcome for patients that are in long-term care such as babies and gives staff more time to devote to patient care.
We receive over 1,000 requests each year, most of which come in during our busiest baby season months. Please be patient. Staff are prioritizing round the clock care of hundreds to thousands of patients at a time and cannot guarantee a response to update requests until the slow season.
If you have submitted a request already, please do not submit another. Multiple requests clogs our update system as we have to verify whether you received a previous update, making it take even longer to get back to everyone.
Once updates resume, we will keep this site updated with the month we are updating for, with instructions for finding out if your update was missed. Please also keep an eye on your spam folder.
