Painting With Peggy
February 7, 2026 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
$55.00
Discover your creative side while supporting Red Creek Wildlife Center.
“Painting with Peggy” grew out of a simple idea. Peggy has always loved to paint, and like everything at Red Creek, she also loves to teach. After watching countless Bob Ross programs over the years, she wondered if she could guide a group through a painting in just a few hours. A private trial class with our staff and volunteers was a huge success, and everyone asked for more.
To make this fundraiser meaningful and true to our mission, each session features a simple animal portrait instead of a landscape. Our first public classes will focus on Gabby, our beloved 33-year-old ambassador owl.
Participants will paint Gabby while learning about owls, their behavior, and their role in the wild. Gabby will be present during the class, creating a memorable experience you will not forget.
This is not just a painting class. It is an afternoon of learning, laughter, creativity, and supporting wildlife rehabilitation.

All proceeds support the wildlife rehabilitation work of Red Creek Wildlife Center
