I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and understand that I am responsible for my own safety.\n\nRelease and Waiver of Liability\n\nIn consideration of being permitted to participate in the “WALK FOR WILDLIFE”\, I\, on behalf of myself\, my heirs\, executors\, administrators\, and assigns\, hereby release\, discharge\, and hold harmless Red Creek Wildlife Center\, Inc.\, the Schuylkill Haven Recreation Department\, the Borough of Schuylkill Haven\, their officers\, directors\, employees\, agents\, volunteers\, sponsors\, and any other affiliated entities (collectively\, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims\, liabilities\, demands\, damages\, costs\, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to my participation in this event\, including injury\, illness\, property damage\, or death\, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.\n\nMedical Treatment Authorization\n\nI grant permission to the event organizers to authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary during my participation in the “WALK FOR WILDLIFE”.
