Baby Wildlife Photos
Spring and summer brings wildlife babies to our door. Baby bunnies, deer, opossums and raccons, skunks, fox and squirrels. These mammal babies need to be feed every few hours around the clock, leaving little time for humans to sleep.

In May of 2005 we also received a small unidentified bird left on our doorstep.
He was quite sick with metabolic bone disease. Cherub is now a lovely, healthy cockatiel.

HI PEGGY, I MET YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND LAST NIGHT AT THE CONSERVATION SCHOOL HOSTED BY NORTHERN lANCASTER FISH, GAME, AND WILDLIFE ASSOCIATION. I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU THAT THE PROGRAM YOU PRESENTED WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND WELL PLANNED. I MUST SAY YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND ARE A VERY GOOD SPEAKERS. I ENJOYED IT THOROUGHLY AS I AM SURE THE CHILDREN DID. THESE ARE CHILDREN WHO TRULY WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE CONSEVATION OF OUR EARTH AND HAVING PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND WHO TRULY CARE AND WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE ALSO, IS A WONDERFUL THING. AGAIN THANK YOU BOTH FOR YOUR TIME AND FOR THE ANIMALS. I FOUND IT ALL TRULY FASCINATING. SINCERELY, LYNN

One of your pictures had a few baby squirrels roughly 6 weeks old nursing off of bottles that you nurse kittens from. I have heard and have found that using those bottles can cause them to aspirate. Is there a trick to being able to use the bottles when they are older? Trying to feed 6 at a time is difficult when using a syringe. But if I could line them up with bottles like the photo showed would be awesome. Email me back please!
